EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Performance/Resilience Test Engineer fluent in English for remote work within the EU. You will join the Development team and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team to design and run non-functional testing.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, building performance scripts with JMeter or Gatling, executing resilience tests, analyzing results, and mentoring other QA engineers. A university IT degree and 6+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with relevant professional experience in non-functional testing.
• Experience in test planning, estimation, strategy, workload design, test case design, platform setup, data setup and defect management.
• Hands-on knowledge of performance test tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Ability to document findings and present recommendations to team and customers.
• Experience with agile software development and testing methodologies.
• English language proficiency is essential.

Responsabilités

• Create and update non-functional test plans for review by the manager.
• Plan, prepare, execute and analyze non-functional testing activities.
• Develop a strategy for end-to-end non-functional testing of the solution.
• Develop performance test scripts using chosen tools and prepare test data.
• Execute resilience, load, stress, endurance and capacity tests.
• Analyze resource usage to identify bottlenecks and verify performance.
• Review results and recommend non-functional improvements.
• Enable other QA engineers and developers to run non-functional tests.
• Provide technical assistance to improve system performance and scalability.
• Develop standards and best practices for robust load testing scripts.
• Evaluate system performance and stability and suggest improvements.
