EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group seeks a Performance/Resilience Test Engineer fluent in English to join remotely within the EU, integrated into the Development team collaborating with a major client’s IT team.

The role requires at least 6 years in non-functional testing, expertise in test planning and strategy, and hands-on experience with JMeter or Gatling. Java automation experience is a plus; strong communication and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT and at least 6 years in non-functional testing.
• Experience with Test Planning, Estimation, Strategy, Workload Design, Test Case Design and Defect Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Java automation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create non-functional test plans and update them for management.
• Plan, execute and analyse non-functional testing activities.
• Develop strategy for end-to-end non-functional testing of the solution.
• Develop performance test scripts and data for identified scenarios.
• Execute resilience, load, stress, endurance and capacity tests.
• Analyse resource usage and identify bottlenecks.
• Review results and recommend improvements.
• Enable other QA engineers and developers to run non-functional tests.
• Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability.
• Establish standards and best practices for load testing scripts.
• Evaluate system performance and stability and propose improvements.
