European Dynamics is seeking a Test Project Leader fluent in English to join our development team remotely within the EU. The role involves leading all test activities, defining test strategies, and ensuring QA standards across projects with major clients.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale testing projects, strong knowledge of test management tools, agile methods, and excellent documentation and communication skills. Remote work within the EU is supported.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with 12+ years leading large-scale testing projects.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Strong knowledge of testing lifecycle and test automation tools.
• Knowledge of testing standards and methodologies.
• Good project and contract management skills.
• Ability to chair meetings and present with high-quality standards.
• Experience in agile development and testing methodologies.
• Excellent writing/documentation skills.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute all test activities and provide oversight and reporting.
• Maintain all quality management processes and related documentation.
• Participate in requirement analysis to devise an effective test strategy.
• Validate Test Summary Reports and testing evidence, provide expert comments, and accept or reject deliverables.
• Define and plan end-user testing strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholders support for quality assurance matters.
