Paires is an AI-first fundraising platform seeking an in-house GTM Engineer to own top of funnel and the engine behind it. You will build systems that find the right people, at the right moment, and turn outreach into meetings, with a focus on relevancy, quality, and scalable operation.

You will work across data ingestion, deduplication, enrichment, and targeting logic to drive high-quality opportunities. Fully remote, async, with US Eastern overlap and access to advanced AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Owned top-of-funnel experience with driving meetings.
• Deep experience in ICP targeting and sales cycles.
• Strong data intuition: volume, reply rate, booked rate.

Responsabilités

• Own the outreach engine and ensure high-quality outreach.
• Manage data ingestion, deduplication and enrichment into a clean spine.
• Develop targeting logic to identify ICP and moments to reach out.
• Ensure data quality improvements drive meeting creation and outcomes.
• Maintain live engine health: deliverability, suppression, and feedback loops.
