Spendesk is seeking a data-driven GTM Ops/RevOps professional to own AI-driven acquisition systems and the analytics that guide pipeline strategy. You will build automated processes, own the acquisition funnel metrics, and challenge leadership with evidence-based insights.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, shaping pricing discussions and GTM plans. Fluency in French and English is required for our EU-wide operations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, or Sales Strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving decisions with data, not just producing reports.
• Comfortable using and interrogating CRM data (Salesforce) to fuel business insights.
• Hands-on AI solutions builder—shipped automations that changed how a team works.
• Deep familiarity with modern outbound and acquisition tooling.
• Comfortable presenting to and challenging SVP and C-level stakeholders.
• You build trust through rigor, not ego.

Responsabilités

• Own AI-driven acquisition systems to reshape prospecting, enrichment, scoring, and routing of leads.
• Build automated pipelines to reduce manual SDR work and increase conversion quality.
• Own acquisition funnel metrics from first signal to closed-won and explain movements with models.
• Translate GTM needs into Salesforce specs, define acceptance criteria, and validate outputs.
• Contribute data-driven insights to pricing discussions and packaging decisions.
• Participate in GTM planning with a strong point of view and drive cross-functional projects.
