Chain of Events is seeking a GTM Engineer in Paris to own outbound campaigns for our AI and blockchain event portfolio, including RAiSE Summit, Machina and Signal Week. You will design multi‑channel sequences, build target lists, and drive meetings that convert into sponsorship opportunities.

The role emphasizes AI‑driven personalization, data quality governance, and a high‑velocity outbound mindset with ownership of the full campaign lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a GTM/outbound role, events or B2B SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to build sequences that book meetings, not just send emails.
• Hands-on experience with outbound email infrastructure (Lemlist/Instanly/Smartlead or equivalents).
• HubSpot proficiency: build workflows, adjust scoring, read reports.

Responsabilités

• Build, deploy and optimise outbound campaigns across event verticals (RAISE, MACHINA, Signal Week).
• Own the full funnel from campaign launch to booked meeting; focus on meetings generated.
• Define messaging strategy and drive testing for higher meeting conversion.
• Develop AI agent workflows for research, personalisation and outreach at scale.
• Construct target lists and ICP scoring, ensuring sharp targeting and data quality.
• Map accounts with multiple ICP contacts and maintain clean enrichment data.
• Research buying committees and automate enrichment to surface key decision makers.
