TikTok is seeking a high-performance BD Leader to build and scale a remote business development team in Paris. You will own inbound seller acquisition from initial outreach to onboarding, with accountability for ambitious growth targets in a distributed, remote workforce.

Lead a 20–25 person team, establish playbooks, track KPIs, and drive data-backed optimization to accelerate seller onboarding and platform activation across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remote team leadership experience in a B2B environment.
• Track record of building and scaling remote BD teams to drive revenue from inbound leads.
• Deep expertise in designing and optimizing end-to-end BD processes for repeatability and scale.
• Ability to motivate and manage a distributed team and maintain morale in a remote setting.
• Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is needed for collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a remote BD team of 20–25 executives with clear roles and onboarding.
• Design, implement and enforce a standardized inbound BD process from outreach to onboarding.
• Develop playbooks, scripts and templates; update materials based on feedback and performance data.
• Establish KPI-driven performance tracking and regular reviews; identify gaps and optimize accordingly.
