Jobtailor is seeking a BDR Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing outbound team within a B2B SaaS environment in Paris. You will set clear goals, establish routines, and coach through 1:1s and reviews to drive performance.

You will track activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement targeted action plans. Collaboration with Ops, AEs, Marketing, and Customer Success will sharpen targeting and lead quality; fluency in French and English is

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or directly managing a BDR/SDR team in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on outbound experience.
• Ability to explain methods, trade-offs, and metrics.
• Strong data-driven management skills and the ability to connect activity, conversion, and pipeline.
• Professional fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop the BDR team.
• Establish a clear framework, transparent goals, and effective management routines.
• Lead 1:1s, call reviews, and individual development plans.
• Track activity, conversion, qualified opportunities, and generated pipeline metrics.
• Identify performance gaps, understand their causes, and implement action plans.
• Occasionally participate in cold calls, test messaging, and demonstrate execution.
• Collaborate with Ops, AEs, and Marketing to improve targeting, lead quality, and the outbound motion.
• Participate in BDR recruitment, onboarding, and skills development.
