Qualifications

• 4–6 years in SaaS B2B sales, progressing from BDR to Team Lead.
• Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets.
• Fluent in English and French (additional EU languages a plus).

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of 6 BDRs to world-class standards.
• Drive metrics-driven performance and optimize outreach sequences.
• Define segmentation and messaging with Marketing & Sales.
• Collaborate with Leadership to scale Riot's growth engine.
