Riot Security Inc. is seeking a Team Lead BDR in Paris to build and scale our growth engine. You will recruit, mentor, and coach a 6-person BDR team, driving pipeline through outbound, paid, and multi-channel motions while partnering with Sales to ensure pipeline-to-revenue alignment.

The role blends sales, marketing, and leadership with a data-driven approach. On-site in Paris with up to 2 days of remote work per month, offering a competitive OTE and generous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS B2B sales with track record of meeting targets.
• Experience coaching or managing a small team of BDRs or AEs.
• Full professional proficiency in English and native French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris.
