Jobtailor in Paris is seeking an inspiring leader to recruit and mentor a frontline BDR team of 5–8, coaching live calls and in-depth reviews to sharpen messaging and conversion. You will own performance journeys, drive milestones, and collaborate with marketing and sales to align go-to-market strategies.

You will hire and onboard quickly, travel regularly Paris to Benelux, and teach reps to position wellbeing as a business-critical priority for CHROs and CFOs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales with 1-2 years in frontline management.
• Willingness to travel Paris to Benelux regularly.
• Proven mentoring experience of BDRs or AEs into higher roles.
• Ability to diagnose funnel leaks and optimize performance.
• Experience with Challenger Brand or non-commodity solutions.
• Fluent in English; native French; Dutch a plus.

• Pivot messaging based on market shifts to stay relevant.
• Oversee inbound speed-to-lead and outbound hyper-personalized prospecting clusters.
• Maximize ROI of Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and AI-assisted cadences.
• Manage book of business and develop outreach playbooks.
