ixolabs.ai is seeking an experienced real estate professional to develop transaction cases from listing to closing. You will evaluate market and contractual reasoning, explain decisions, and ensure proper disclosures.

The role is remote as part of IXO expert work, with task briefs agreed upfront and compensation per hour. The US broker route requires a state broker license and experience across residential/commercial transactions.

Develop real-estate transaction cases from listing through negotiation and closing. Evaluate market and contractual reasoning, agency duties and disclosures, explain reference decisions and identify advice that misstates professional obligations.

Professional background

The broad real-estate route requires an active license in good standing and demonstrated brokerage, transaction or property-management expertise. Breadth across property segments, industry/proptech work and CRS/GRI/CCIM/CPM or similar designations are preferred.

The US broker route specifically requires a broker license in a US state and at least two years of residential or commercial transactions. Bring contract, disclosure, agency-duty and negotiation depth, clear written reasoning and ten hours weekly. Managing a brokerage, experience across both property sectors and multi-state practice are advantages.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$85 $130/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
