The role is remote as part of IXO expert work, with task briefs agreed upfront and compensation per hour. The US broker route requires a state broker license and experience across residential/commercial transactions.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing required.
• brokerage/transaction or property-management expertise preferred.
• CRS/GRI/CCIM/CPM or similar designations are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop real-estate transaction cases from listing through negotiation and closing.
• Explain reference decisions and identify advice that misstates professional obligations.
