ixolabs.ai seeks a senior CRM operations specialist to assess CRM records, automations and workflows against organizational policy. You will identify data integrity issues, permission and configuration gaps, and develop representative scenarios with evidence of the desired system state.

Senior practitioners with breadth across Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics, strong SQL/API/data-model skills, and remote collaboration will thrive in this paid IXO expert role.

Qualifications

Assess CRM records, automations and sales or service workflows against operational policy. Identify data-integrity, permission, configuration and process errors, develop representative scenarios and explain the desired system state and the evidence behind your evaluation.

Professional background

Direct personal configuration and maintenance of a CRM is required; managing others who do that work is not equivalent. Preferred routes differ by experience: three or more years in sales/CRM operations with two directly on-platform; four or more years in hands‑on SaaS operations; four to six years leading CRM builds or migrations; or five to ten years owning complex revenue systems.

Bring the relevant depth in fields, objects, flows, validation and permissions. Senior implementation routes favor at least two connected tools—billing, CPQ, ticketing, integration or project systems—and practical SQL, API, data-model and reconciliation skills. Salesforce or HubSpot depth is useful; Dynamics and comparable platforms can qualify. Additional sales/support tools, automation, adoption and reporting experience strengthen the profile. Regulated or multi-product SaaS work is preferred for complex tracks. English should be professional, with B2 or above for the general CRM track. Paid AI review, integration engineering or QA are bonuses, not universal requirements. Reliable connectivity is needed.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

Pay $55 $105/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
