Evaluate commercial-property and property-management situations involving feasibility, leases, operations and market conditions. Examine valuations or operational choices within your professional track, explain assumptions and assess whether recommendations reflect real property-management and transaction constraints.

Professional background

The senior commercial-property route requires roughly five to ten or more years as a broker, valuer/appraiser or property manager, with practical feasibility, leasing, market-analysis and operating knowledge. Strong English and at least ten hours weekly are required. US, Canadian and UK locations are preferred; strong professionals in Europe or Latin America can also be considered. AI or property-technology work is an advantage.

The property-operations route requires demonstrated management or community-association experience, including tenant relationships and careful operational analysis. Breadth across property types, professional training or associations, proptech and credentials such as CPM, ARM, PCAM or CAM are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$45 $105/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
