IXO Labs is seeking a remote expert to complete simulated in-house technology-contract negotiations and redlining exercises. You will assess legal risk and explain drafting choices within MSA, NDA, DPA or financial-agreement tracks that match your experience.

You bring at least three years of in-house transactional work. AI, legal tech, or training experience is preferred. Knowledge of ISDA documents and derivatives is advantageous for the financial track.

Professional background

You need at least three years of in-house transactional work. The technology track focuses on negotiating master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements and data-processing terms. The financial-contract track instead includes ISDA documentation and derivatives alongside MSA/NDA work. These are separate subject-matter routes.

Bring precise legal writing, close attention to drafting details and the ability to explain evaluation judgments to a cross-disciplinary team. AI, legal technology or training experience is preferred. Corporate-firm work in M&A or private-equity fund formation is an additional advantage for relevant tracks.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Fee agreed per accepted task. The amount and acceptance criteria will be confirmed before you accept the task or study. Time estimates are not a promised hourly rate.
