IXO is seeking experienced professionals to conduct structured technical interviews for IXO and document evidence-based recommendations. You will probe relevant technical skills, assess practical experience and clarify availability and work conditions, then provide concise advance, hold or pass decisions using the agreed interview criteria.

Location eligibility restricts the interview role to the United States, while the role itself is remote, paid expert work.

Conduct structured technical interviews for IXO and document evidence-based recommendations. Probe the relevant technical skills, assess practical experience and clarify availability and work conditions, then provide concise advance, hold or pass decisions using the agreed interview criteria.

Professional background

Bring previous recruiting, interviewing or technical-assessment work and confidence evaluating senior engineering experience. You must guide a professional conversation, make structured judgments and manage interview time. Weekday business-hour availability and approximately ten hours of dependable weekly participation are required.

Location conditions apply to the named professional track:

• Interviewer: United States.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$55 $65/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
