ixolabs.ai is seeking an experienced travel planning professional to create and evaluate travel scenarios, assess itineraries and customer communications, negotiate with suppliers, and drive service recovery. This is remote, paid IXO expert work.

The rate is USD 25–40 per hour, agreed before starting, with flexibility on task briefs and schedules. Preferred candidates have five years+ in travel agency roles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex procedures and booking

• At least five years as travel agent/adviser.
• Proven itinerary planning, service and sales negotiation experience.
• Ability to interpret complex travel procedures and resolve conflicts.

Create and evaluate travel-planning and booking scenarios. Assess itineraries, customer communication, negotiation and service recovery, identify impractical recommendations and explain how a knowledgeable travel professional would resolve the request.

Professional background

Preferred contributors have at least five years as a travel agent or travel adviser, with practical itinerary planning, service and sales-negotiation experience. You should interpret complicated travel procedures, understand destinations and booking technology and resolve varied traveler needs or conflicts. Clear feedback, careful reading and analytical attention to detail are important.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$25 $40/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
