Job summary

Onoff Telecom, a European neo-telecom and SaaS company, is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Paris. You will own end-to-end payroll inputs for France, manage employee administration, and oversee benefits, with support for our Bucharest office.

You will partner with global HRIS and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes across locations. You will collaborate with a Paris-based team, maintain HR dashboards, and help optimize processes to create a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations/administration, ideally in a start-up or tech setting.
• Solid understanding of French payroll practices and basic French labor law.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); Romanian is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Lucca) and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll inputs for France (absences, bonuses, hires, departures, status changes).
• Ensure accurate transmission of payroll data to the payroll provider; assist with payslip checks.
• Manage employee administration: contracts, amendments, files, certificates; oversee benefits.
