Job summary

Ankorstore seeks a People Operations Partner in Paris to oversee payroll, HR administration, and compliance across France and international entities, ensuring precision and legal alignment.

You will manage end-to-end payroll on Payfit and with international providers, handle onboarding to offboarding, visas, contracts, and benefits, and drive automation of HR processes while collaborating with Finance and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in People Operations with an HR education background.
• Proven experience with French payroll, SYNTEC convention, and Payfit.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law; international HR experience a plus (Spain, Germany).
• Analytical skills for complex Excel files and multi-country data.
• Fluent in French; excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Payroll management: oversee end-to-end payroll for France and international, with payroll providers and Payfit.
• HR administration: manage onboarding to offboarding, contracts, amendments, and visas; advise on employment law.
• Transversal projects: contribute to agreements, organizational changes, and automate HR processes.
• Compensation & benefits: support salary reviews and manage health insurance and other benefits.
• HRIS & data quality: administer Personio and ensure data integrity across platforms.
