Vibe is building an international People Ops function, and this role owns the monthly French payroll cycle, contractor operations, and HR administration across France, the US, and remote geographies.

Reporting to the Senior Global HR Systems and Operations Manager in Paris, you’ll streamline payroll processes, ensure accuracy of payslips, manage onboarding/offboarding, and drive HRIS data quality while delivering timely employee support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payroll, HR administration, or People Ops (apprenticeship or internship counts).
• Strong knowledge of French payroll and labour law fundamentals: contracts, absences, final pay, health and provident cover.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and real comfort working with numbers.
• Project management basics: you’ve run something with a real deadline and a scope that moved.
• Experience with an HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Run the monthly French payroll cycle with our external provider, from input to final validation.
• Check payslips before sign-off to catch errors.
• Own contractor operations end to end, from timesheets to provisioning file.
• Manage employment documents for a team spread across France, US, and remote.
• Administer benefits: enrollments, changes, questions from employees.
• Run onboarding and offboarding logistics.
