Onoff Telecom is seeking a People Operations Specialist in Paris to manage payroll inputs, HR administration, and employee onboarding/offboarding. You will support benefits administration and ensure HR data accuracy in Lucca while coordinating with IT, finance and vendors.

The role covers Paris and the newly opened Bucharest office, in a hybrid work setup. You will work closely with the CHRO and People Operations colleagues to streamline processes and deliver a high-quality employee experience

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations/administration.
• Solid understanding of French payroll practices.
• Fluent in French and English; Romanian a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll / HR Administration & Benefits for France
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs (absences, bonuses, hires, leavers)
• Maintain employee data in HRIS and generate dashboards
• Onboarding & Offboarding while coordinating with IT, finance and managers
• Oversee office operations for Paris and support Bucharest office
