Align Technology, Inc. in France is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the administration and delivery of HR policies and programs.

You will apply established HR processes and ensure accurate processing of HR activities while providing operational support to employees, managers and the HR Team. You will manage employee data in Workday, assist payroll and benefits activities, and help maintain compliance across assigned countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years HR Operations/HR Administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic and additional EU languages are a plus.
• Basic understanding of employment legislation and HR policies.

Responsabilités

• Support the resolution of employee and manager inquiries through the HR case management tool.
• Administer employee benefits processes, including collecting documentation and submitting information to benefit vendors.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related inputs for assigned countries and support payroll validation activities.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR processes and policies, including benefits, leave, payroll questions and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in HR systems (Workday), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support compliance activities, audits, and HR reporting requirements.
