Job summary

Onoff Telecom, a European neo-telecom group, seeks a People Operations Specialist in Paris to own onboarding to offboarding and keep the Paris office running smoothly. You will coordinate payroll inputs for France, manage benefits, and ensure accurate HR data across Lucca while supporting global processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR operations within tech/startups, strong French payroll knowledge, and fluent FR/EN skills; Romanian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR operations experience in a start-up/tech environment.
• Solid understanding of French payroll practices and fundamentals of French labor law.
• Proficient with HRIS systems (Lucca) and MS Office.
• Highly organized, rigorous and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple topics.
• Fluent in French and English; Romanian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll / HR Administration & Benefits: prepare monthly payroll inputs for France (absences, bonuses, hires, departures).
• Transmit payroll data to the payroll provider accurately and timely.
• Support payslip checks and answer first-level employee questions.
• Manage offers, contracts, amendments, files, certificates, and HR docs.
• Oversee benefits (health, provident, meal vouchers, perks).
• Maintain HR data in LUCCA and related tools; build dashboards and reports.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate contracts, welcome packs, equipment, and sessions for new joiners.
• Organize Paris office operations and collaborate with the Executive Assistant.
