Airwallex seeks a People Operations professional to partner closely with the EMEA team in Paris. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, and benefits while ensuring a smooth employee experience during a period of rapid growth.

You will own admin-heavy workflows, help automate processes, and contribute to broader EMEA people operations initiatives. This role is hybrid based in Paris, four days a week.

Qualifications

• Foundational generalist experience in People Operations/HR in a high-growth environment.
• Strong passion for culture and team-building; be a culture champion.
• Solid knowledge of local HR practices, benefits, and compliance.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented operator comfortable with admin-heavy workflows.
• Experience supporting payroll processes, including commissions/bonuses.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Serve as primary POC for HR inquiries; manage ticketing with timely responses.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll data; run audits and apply data changes.
