Joko is searching for a People Operations Manager to lead core HR processes and scale our people operations as we double headcount globally. You will own payroll, contracts, benefits, and compliance while building reliable HRIS data and driving AI-enabled automation.

The role requires 5+ years in People Ops, strong payroll expertise, and fluency in French and English. You will report to the Head of People Operations and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR administration.
• Depth in payroll, compliance, HR systems, or HR projects.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.
• Analytical with data on headcount and payroll.

Responsabilités

• Run core people processes end-to-end: payroll, contracts, amendments, benefits, visas, and time off.
• Own compliance across FR/ES/US jurisdictions and maintain audit-ready records.
• Build and maintain HRIS and people data for accurate reporting and planning.
• Automate People Ops processes using AI to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences with cross-functional collaboration.
