DiliTrust in Paris is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to reinforce the Global HR Team. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, payroll, HR administration, HRIS, and Learning & Development across our international organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations within dynamic, fast‑growing companies and international environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise across the full employee lifecycle, HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts and HR compliance.
• Experience in project management and HR process deployment, from planning to execution.
• Experience coordinating Learning & Development activities, including provider selection and delivery.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple jurisdictions; M&A experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop two People Operations Specialists, set priorities and ensure responsive, high‑quality service.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts, amendments, records).
• Deploy global HR processes, policies, and playbooks; continuously improve workflows and touchpoints.
• Act as first operational escalation point; ensure clear communication and timely resolution.
• Own HRIS data quality, payroll validation, and collaboration with Finance for accurate reporting.
• Build and maintain People dashboards and KPIs to inform leadership decisions.
• Coordinate Learning & Development activities and partner with leadership to drive adoption.
