Joko, a Paris-based tech company and certified B Corp, is hiring a People Business Partner to support our French population and collaborate cross-country. You will partner with managers, steward fairness, navigate sensitive employee relations, and drive onboarding, performance cycles, mobility, and learning & development with our People Ops team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations with a focus on HR Business Partnering topics.

Responsabilités

• Be a real partner to managers, helping them optimise their teams within Joko's framework.
• Guard fairness and enforce People rules across the org.
• Handle sensitive employee situations with judgment and care.
• Lead onboarding, performance cycles, mobility, L&D and related processes.
• Build Day 1 onboarding rituals to set new joiners up for success.
• Maintain confidentiality and navigate boundaries with managers and employees.
• Stay compliant with labor law alongside People Ops.
