UpSlide in Paris is seeking a Lead People Ops to own HR processes, the HRIS, and team leadership. You will partner with the People Ops Specialist and cross-functional teams to implement scalable HR solutions and ensure high-quality data across systems.

You’ll bring seven+ years in People Ops, excel in a fast-paced tech environment, and thrive in a bilingual French/English setting while driving automation and process improvements. Hybrid work includes 3 days in the Paris office.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in a People team, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
• Solid understanding of People Ops models in France and internationally.
• Strong interest in HR tools and AI, with a drive to push automation.
• Excellent Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in English and French at a high level.

Responsabilités

• Define, manage, and improve HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll).
• Own the HRIS (Lucca) data reliability and accessibility.
• Pilot performance of the People Ops activity with clear KPIs.
• Lead and grow the People Ops team with a collaborative framework.
