sunday is hiring a People Operations Associate to join the People team in France (Paris). This hands-on role builds a foundation in HR operations, employee experience and HR systems within a fintech environment.

You will support the full employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding to payroll, benefits and offboarding, growing into ownership of recurring processes and improving documentation and tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in People Operations, HR administration or similar.
