You will work with HR stakeholders, IT teams, regional organizations, and external partners to translate challenges into scalable digital solutions that enhance employee experience and data quality.

• Proven experience leading HRIS projects in multinational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT, and regions.
• Change management and user adoption focus.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French.
