UpSlide is seeking a Lead People Ops to join the People team in our Paris office. You will define, optimize, and automate HR processes, own the HRIS, and drive KPIs while growing the team. You will report to the Deputy CEO and work closely with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.

Hybrid work with three days in the Paris office is offered. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in People Ops in tech, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• First successful experience within a People team, ideally in a fast-growing tech company (7 years exp min).
• Solid understanding of People Ops models in France and internationally.
• Appetite for HR tools and AI, with a drive to push automation to free up time for higher value-add work.
• Strong skills in Excel.
• Both a tactical and strategic mindset: comfortable in day-to-day operations while keeping the bigger picture in view.
• A minimum C1 level of English and French.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
