Planon, Paris, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage employee administration, payroll coordination, and HR data quality. You will administer HRIS, ensure data integrity, and support regulatory compliance across a multinational framework.

The role requires five+ years in HR, strong knowledge of French employment law and Syntec, and fluency in French and English, with experience in a matrix organization. Excellent data handling and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in HR or Employment Law.
• At least five years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Excellent knowledge of French employment law and Syntec.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll tools and Excel.
• Experience in an international/matrix organization.
• Fluent in French and professional English.
• Discretion and strict confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee administration from onboarding to offboarding and coordinate payroll.
• Administer the HRIS, safeguard employee data integrity and promote digital/AI tools.
• Produce and validate HR indicators and reporting, including key indices.
• Ensure compliant records, registers and HR practices, and support audits.
• Coordinate training and skills development plans and HR campaigns.
• Support health, safety and working-condition requirements and health services.
• Help integrate HR systems and manage facilities and equipment.
