Goodays in Paris is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to oversee the People function from talent acquisition to employee engagement and organizational development. You will partner with leadership to shape HR strategies and drive growth while managing HR operations with a hands-on approach.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, fluent French, strong knowledge of employment law, and the ability to scale HR processes in a fast-paced tech company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience scaling HR ops in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French required; English a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR policies, contracts and compliance with local labor laws.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding to optimize employee experience.
• Maintain HRIS data, HR reporting and analytics.
• Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and org structure.
• Drive a culture of performance, inclusion and engagement.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and employer branding.
• Support learning and development programs and growth.
