ScorePlay Inc. is seeking a People Ops Intern to support both People Operations and Talent Acquisition in Paris.

You will own real projects end to end, from HR admin to employer branding, while learning how a fast-growing startup runs across global teams. Based in Paris and comfortable working in English, you will manage contracts, onboarding, office logistics, and asset tracking, while exploring automation with Claude.

Qualifications

• 6 months availability, starting Sep 2026 or Jan 2027.
• Based in Paris and fully comfortable working in English.
• Thorough, reliable; you follow up and mind details.
• Autonomous and adaptable; juggle diverse topics without a manual.
• Curious about AI; no technical background required but keen to learn.

Responsabilités

• Support HR admin: contracts, policies, onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Become our go-to expert on Deel and maintain workflows.
• Manage Paris office: visitors, bookings, day-to-day logistics.
• Audit recurring admin processes and build automations with Claude.
• Assist Talent Acquisition and employer brand: events in Paris and sourcing research.
