Malt is seeking a motivated HR intern to join the People Operations team in Paris. You’ll participate in end-to-end onboarding for French hires, manage contracts, certificates, and visa processes while supporting benefits administration and data integrity in BambooHR.

You’ll handle employee queries via Jira, collaborate with the international People Team, and gain firsthand experience in HR operations during your internship in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources with a strong analytical focus.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Genuine service-oriented approach.
• Native French and fluent English for international environment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in end-to-end onboarding for new hires in France, managing contracts, certificates, medical checks, and visa administration.
• Contribute to administration of employee benefits for the French team.
• Maintain accurate employee data in BambooHR and assist system optimization initiatives.
• Resolve employee queries via Jira ticketing system and provide effective support to employees and managers.
• Support the international People Team to ensure smooth global HR operations.
• Gain valuable experience through an internship within a Human Resources department.
