Joko, the Paris-based AI shopping app, invites you to join our Talent team as a 6-month internship. You’ll own sourcing for live roles, screen candidates, and help refine the recruiting funnel using AI tools under a world-class team.

You’re a student in a top program (business or engineering) with drive, judgment and hustle. Fluent French and comfortable English are expected as we hire across France, Spain and the US.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to recruiting, sales, or fast-paced startups is a plus.
• Strong judgment, initiative and hustle; ability to plan and execute.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for live roles and build outreach sequences.
• Screen inbound candidates and provide structured feedback.
• Support the end-to-end recruiting funnel and coordinate interviews.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve sourcing/screening.
