Job summary

Singulier, a strategy, transaction advisory and AI transformation consulting firm with OMMAX collaboration, is offering an HR Intern position in Paris (La Madeleine).

Join a small People & Culture team and work on employee administration, payroll in Payfit, recruitment, onboarding and campus activities, gaining exposure across the full HR lifecycle. The role starts in December 2026 and provides hands-on experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR or Business.
• Strong interest in HR and people topics.
• Resourceful, organized, proactive and curious with attention to detail.
• Excellent written French and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across employee administration, payroll, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure consistent employee and candidate experience.
• Assist with campus management and recruitment activities.
• Prepare welcome packs and onboarding sessions.
