Modjo in Paris is offering a six-month Operations & People internship where you’ll drive cross-functional projects, orchestrate onboarding, and help run the Academy. You’ll report to the VP Operations & People and collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and the founders.

You are highly organized, bilingual in French and English, and eager to learn about AI and automation. This hands-on role blends operations, project coordination, and people-focused initiatives with real responsibility in a

Extremely organized and able to manage several projects at once.
Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
Proactive, autonomous, and willing to take responsibility.
Comfortable presenting and creating high-quality materials.
Curious about AI topics and no-code automation tools.
Open to feedback and quick to apply new skills.

Responsabilités

Identify, design, and deploy automations to improve operations and cross-functional workflows.
Drive OKRs communication and calendar management with leadership.
Prepare investor/board materials in collaboration with Finance and RevOps.
Organize Modjo Academy operations, sessions, and participant onboarding.
Coordinate office life, team events, and vendor relationships with People.
