Sonio is seeking a driven intern program owner to manage end-to-end internships at our Paris office. You will coordinate across teams to plan hiring needs, attract candidates, and run the selection process with hiring managers. You’ll also report on metrics and budget, while supporting additional office projects.

You will work in a fast-paced AI medical software company, engaging with multiple departments and ensuring a smooth intern experience for around 15 hires annually.

Qualifications

• Student in Bac+2 to Bac+5, whatever your current degree is
• Rigor and organization are essential
• Strong interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication
• Understand the confidentiality requirements related to our job
• Based in Paris, you speak English and French

Responsabilités

• Own the internship program end-to-end for Sonio
• Identify and plan internship hiring needs with each head of function
• Ensure candidate acquisition for each internship (posting, outreach, referrals)
• Qualify and run the overall hiring process with the hiring manager
• Report on metrics, budget and impact; support ad hoc projects and office tasks
