Sonio, a medical AI company in Paris, seeks an owner of its internship program to run it end-to-end. You will coordinate with heads of function to identify internship hiring needs and manage candidate acquisition, screening, and the hiring process.

The role includes budget reporting, metrics, and collaboration with teams; you will also support ad hoc projects and local office management as the lean team grows.

Qualifications

• Students with 4-5 years of post-secondary education.
• Rigor and organization are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confidentiality requirements of the job.
• English and French proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Own the internship program end-to-end for Sonio.
• Identify and plan internship hiring needs with heads of function.
• Ensure candidate acquisition for each internship (posting, outreach, recommendations).
• Qualify and run the overall hiring process in collaboration with the hiring manager.
