We’re looking for a motivated People Operations Coordinator intern to help our international People team deliver a smooth, compliant employee experience during a critical period of transformation projects (payroll migration, HRIS, and LMS deployments). You’ll gain hands‑on experience across HR administration, HRIS, and payroll while supporting day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, multicultural tech environment.

Location: Toulouse office.

Target Start Date: Q1/Q2 2026

About the Role
  • Collaborate with the People team to execute and continuously improve core People Ops processes while keeping data accurate and workflows efficient.
  • Manage administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding) and prepare/update employee documents (contracts, amendments, attestations).
  • Maintain People data in Rippling (HRIS) and support leave and benefits processes (PTO, RTT, sick leave).
  • Assist with monthly payroll inputs, monthly/quarterly controls, and social contributions declarations; maintain People data in Silae (payroll system).
  • Contribute to People Ops projects (e.g., HRIS rollout, LMS implementation, training tracking), and help improve HR reporting, KPIs, analytics, and documentation/digitalization across People Ops.
Must Haves
  • Currently enrolled in a program in HR, Business, Administration, or similar.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; able to handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Proficient in French and English.
  • Comfortable working in a digital, multicultural environment.
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Payroll tools.
  • Experience or coursework in HR reporting, KPIs, and basic People analytics.
  • Interest in HRIS/LMS deployments and documentation/digitalization of People processes.
