Choco is seeking a People & Workplace Intern to support HR operations and ensure the Paris office runs smoothly. This hands-on role offers exposure to payroll administration, employee contracts, records management, and office operations in a fast-growing international tech company.

You will learn how People Operations works, gain ownership of tasks, and contribute to events and engagement while working with a global team across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn.
• A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Previous internship or student job experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support payroll administration and prepare employee contracts and HR documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and organize HR documentation in Notion
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Paris office, including facilities, vendors, and office supplies
• Welcome employees and visitors and support office events and engagement initiatives
• Respond to employee requests and provide administrative support to the People team
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and workplace processes
