Malt is seeking a motivated HR intern to join the People Operations team in Paris. You’ll participate in end-to-end onboarding for French hires, manage contracts, certificates, and visa processes while supporting benefits administration and data integrity in BambooHR.

You’ll handle employee queries via Jira, collaborate with the international People Team, and gain firsthand experience in HR operations during your internship in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources with a strong analytical focus.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Genuine service-oriented approach.
• Native French and fluent English for international environment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in end-to-end onboarding for new hires in France, managing contracts, certificates, medical checks, and visa administration.
• Contribute to administration of employee benefits for the French team.
• Maintain accurate employee data in BambooHR and assist system optimization initiatives.
• Resolve employee queries via Jira ticketing system and provide effective support to employees and managers.
• Support the international People Team to ensure smooth global HR operations.
• Gain valuable experience through an internship within a Human Resources department.

About the People Operations team

The People Operations team strives to create and deliver the best experience across the entire employee lifecycle. If you\'re interested in kickstarting your career in HR, being part of our amazing team and contributing to diverse HR tasks or projects, we\'d like to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in France (all types of contract), actively ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and engaging experience by managing contracts, certificates, medical checks, visa administration, and all necessary administrative steps.
• Contribute to the efficient administration of employee benefits for our French team
• Help to maintain accurate employee data within BambooHR, ensuring data integrity, and contribute to initiatives aimed at system optimization for improved efficiency
• Help to resolve employee queries promptly and efficiently via the Jira ticketing system, providing helpful support and finding effective solutions for our employees and managers.
• Provide support to our international People Team, collaborating closely to ensure smooth global HR operations
• Valuable initial experience gained during a first internship within a Human Resources department

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master\'s degree program in Human Resources with a strong analytical focus, or a related field
• Organized and detail oriented
• A genuine service-oriented approach
• You have a native or bilingual level in French and have a fluent level of English, allowing you to operate seamlessly in an international environment
• First call with Sarah, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
• Interview in person with your future manager Goretti, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
