Choco is seeking a People & Workplace Intern in Paris to support HR operations and ensure the office runs smoothly. This hands-on role offers early ownership and a chance to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing international tech company.

You will assist with payroll administration, contracts, Notion records, office coordination, events, and daily inquiries, while learning from a collaborative global team and driving improvements to processes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn.
• People-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Previous internship or student job experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support payroll administration and prepare employee contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and organize HR documentation in Notion.
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Paris office, including facilities, vendors, and office supplies.
• Welcome employees and visitors and support office events and engagement initiatives.
• Respond to employee requests and provide administrative support to the People team.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and workplace processes.
