Malt is looking for a People Operations professional based in Paris to enhance onboarding and offboarding experiences. This role supports HR processes across France and Spain, ensuring data accuracy in our HRIS and managing payroll coordination.

The ideal candidate has over 2.5 years of experience in HR admin roles, is fluent in English, and possesses a professional level of Spanish. The position includes numerous benefits such as equity, healthcare, and a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of experience in a similar People Operations or HR admin role (internship or apprenticeship included).
• Hands-on experience working with an HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class HR service for managers and employees across France and Spain.
• Manage HR processes and documentation throughout the employee life cycle.
• Coordinate payroll with external providers and the Finance team.

Connaissances

Fluent in English

Professional level in Spanish
