swanio in Paris is seeking an HR apprentice to assist with onboarding, administration, and day-to-day operations within a dynamic People team. This role will involve managing the lifecycle of employee support, from onboarding to engaging with various HR projects.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a Master’s program and possesses knowledge in HR practices, demonstrating proactivity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• You are a student in a Master's degree (business school, HR...) and looking for at least 1 year of apprenticeship.
• You have a first internship experience in HR.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Help onboard new employees from offer acceptance to their first weeks.
• Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding/offboarding and employee contracts.
• Respond to internal requests from employees and maintain HR records.
