Docebo is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in Paris to own and elevate the office experience, culture, and facilities operations. You will lead daily office operations, coordinate events, and manage vendor relationships with a focus on hospitality, community building, and efficient space planning.

You’ll partner with local teams and global partners to adapt programs for Paris and support talent retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years independent workplace operations experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Experience organizing corporate events and community activities.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and facilities coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Experience: elevate daily office operations and create a hospitality-driven environment.
• Curate the Culture: own the local engagement calendar and craft events and wellness initiatives.
• Master the Operations: manage facilities, vendors, repairs, supplies, security, and space planning.
• Build Strong Alliances: collaborate with internal teams, landlords, and global partners.
• Drive Strategic Growth: oversee budget, POs, and space-related projects.
• Listen and Evolve: gather feedback to tailor global programs to Paris.
