Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or employee experience.
• Fluency in French and English for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, space planning and facilities logistics.

• Lead the Experience: elevate daily office operations in a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment.
• Curate the Culture: own local engagement calendar with events, activities, and celebrations.
• Master the Operations: manage facilities, vendors, repairs, supplies, security, and floor plans.
• Build Strong Alliances: partner with local teams, landlords, and global partners.
• Drive Strategic Growth: oversee budget, POs, and space/projects economy.
• Listen and Evolve: collect feedback to adapt global programs to Paris.
