Docebo in Paris is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to be the heartbeat of our office, shaping a vibrant, hospitality-driven environment for colleagues, visitors, and talent. You’ll own the local engagement calendar, coordinate memorable events, and ensure facilities run smoothly while aligning with global programs and Parisian flair.

The role requires 5+ years in workplace operations and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading workplace operations, facilities, or employee experience.
• Hands-on in budgeting and hosting high-quality community events.
• Strong vendor management, space planning, and facilities logistics.
• Fluent in French and English to bridge global and local teams.

Responsabilités

• Elevate daily office operations to create a warm, hospitality-driven environment.
• Own local engagement calendar with themed events and wellness initiatives.
• Manage facilities, vendors, repairs, supplies, security, and floor plans.
• Build alliances with employees, leadership, landlords, and global partners.
• Oversee workplace budget, PO processes, and space planning initiatives.
• Collect employee feedback and adapt programs to Paris culture.
